The T572Q steam turbine is a multi - stage high - efficiency back - pressure steam turbine. The unit is arranged in a single layer, which is small in size and convenient for installation. This steam turbine, in conjunction with the steam distribution mechanism, realizes quick - closing and speed regulation. It adopts forced lubrication, and the rotational speed of the main shaft is 3000 revolutions per minute. The rotor is a built - up rotor, composed of 4 - 6 impellers, and the flow - through part structure combination can be flexibly designed according to user parameters and requirements. The T572Q is a back-pressure unit that can use superheated fresh steam or saturated steam, featuring a small pressure difference and large flow rate. The power range of the unit is 2000 - 7500 KW. With low steam inlet parameters, the maximum steam inlet flow can reach 120 T/h, which can meet the requirements of various enterprises for power generation and driving using steam with a small inlet - exhaust pressure difference. The equipment has a low operation cost and remarkable economic benefits.

Emergency Shut-off Device
The emergency shut-off device is a protective mechanism that prevents the rotor from exceeding the allowable rotational speed, installed on the main oil pump casing connected to the main shaft. The emergency shut-off device used in this unit is a centrifugal flyweight type, which has an eccentric weight mounted radially on the main oil pump casing. At normal rotational speeds, a spring force balances it. When the unit's speed exceeds the rated speed by 9-11%, the flyweight is thrown out, causing the emergency shut-off throttle to disengage and activate.
