Product Description

Product Description

The T160 model is specifically designed to drive low - speed, large - flow, and high - power circulating water pumps. Directly connecting to the water pump can eliminate the need for a gear reduction box. The overall layout is compact, taking up less space, saving intermediate links, and improving the operational safety of the unit, with relatively high operating efficiency. The T160 series of industrial steam turbines has a wide power range, low steam consumption, and a reasonable overall layout.
The steam inlet and exhaust of the steam turbine are designed as double - inlet and double - outlet, with steam entering and exhausting from both sides. This unit has two main steam valves for steam inlet, and the steam inlet area of the steam chamber is increased to 360° full - circumferential steam inlet. This allows steam to do work with relatively low parameters and a large steam inlet volume.

Structural Features

  • Structural form: Quick - installed, double - supported impulse single - stage back - pressure unit
  • Arrangement method: Single - layer arrangement
  • Mechanical speed control: Integrated automatic main steam valve, imported double - actuator linear stroke adjustment
  • Electronic speed control: Siemens PLC programmable controller, standard - equipped with Siemens two - out - of - three overspeed protection
  • Overspeed protection: Two sets of mechanical fly - weight type plus solenoid valve electronic intelligent control
  • Gland seal form: Aluminum - containing carbon - graphite spring - compensated gap - less seal
  • Main steam valve: Integrated automatic main steam valve (quick - closing and regulating combined valve)
  • Main shaft assembly: Velocity - compounded stage impeller blades, the rotor and impeller are assembled with interference fit, and the impeller blades are of inserted - type
  • Lubrication system: The lubrication system adopts splash lubrication by an oil - throwing ring
  • Thermal expansion compensation: The rear bearing housing is fixedly supported, and the front bearing support is of sliding thermal compensation type

Security System

Emergency Shut-off Device
The emergency shut-off device is a protective mechanism that prevents the rotor from exceeding the allowable rotational speed, installed on the main oil pump casing connected to the main shaft. The emergency shut-off device used in this unit is a centrifugal flyweight type, which has an eccentric weight mounted radially on the main oil pump casing. At normal rotational speeds, a spring force balances it. When the unit's speed exceeds the rated speed by 9-11%, the flyweight is thrown out, causing the emergency shut-off throttle to disengage and activate.
